Alexander Alfonso Lopez runs the farm in La Paz Honduras which produced this beautiful honey processed lot. His farm sits between 1400 and 1500 meters above sea level and practices proper growing and harvesting techniques to yield vibrant coffees.

As a pour-over we taste heavy caramel tones, cherry cola, molasses and some gentle lemon acidity. We've also pulled this one as espresso with great result - overall a similar flavor profile to the brew but with a more vibrant cherry and kiwi livliness.
